There are approximately 400 memberships to the Rollingwood Pool. Memberships are restricted to residents of the Eanes Independent School District. Members own their memberships and pay annual dues on them to the Western Hills Athletic Club. Sorry, but we do not do any one day passes or summer only memberships.

Buying & Selling Memberships
Anyone wishing to join the Rollingwood Pool may do so by purchasing a membership from a current member who is selling. Members are free to sell their memberships at any time to anyone who meets the qualification of membership (namely, residency in the City of Rollingwood or Eanes ISD). The sale of a membership includes the transfer of that membership with the Club. The current transfer fee of $1,353.13 ($1,250 plus tax) must be paid to the Western Hills Athletic Club anytime a membership is sold. The transfer is complete when a Membership Transfer Form and a New Member Application are completed and submitted to the club, along with the $1,353.13 ($1,250 plus tax) transfer fee. The WHAC Board of Directors must approve every new application for membership.

Associate Memberships Those who have been members in good standing for at least ten years, whose children are no longer in high school or younger, and who seldom use the pool, but do not want to sell their membership, may apply for associate member status. Associate members pay dues at a reduced rate, currently set at one-half the full member dues. To find out about obtaining an associate membership, please contact Brian at 327-6373.
