Swimmers must be able to swim one length of the pool without holding on to the wall or lane line, or touching the bottom of the pool. A proper stroke is not required. |

Parents will meet Coach Ian and Coach Abby and get info regarding the upcoming season, practices, meets, volunteering, etc. The meeting will be held under the pavilion. |

A representative from SwimFreak will be on deck during practice on April 16 between 4 and 6pm for swim suit fittings and equipment purchases. You may also order your suits in advance online here or go to SwimFreak at anytime at 4032 S. Lamar Blvd., #500, Austin, TX 78704. |
