Rollingwood Waves

Welcome to the 2024 Rollingwood Waves summer swim team! We are excited about the upcoming season and have lots of fun things planned this year. Here are some important things to know about Waves this year:

PRESEASON CLINICS

Coach Ian will run preseason tune up clinics for four weeks beginning Monday, March 25. Clinics will run weekly Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 4:30pm (8 and under) and 4:30pm-5:15pm (9 and over). Sign up for preseason clinics here.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

The first day of Waves practice is Monday, April 22. After school practices will run weekly Monday through Thursday by age group from 4:30pm to 7:15 pm. Morning practices will begin on May 28 and will run from 9:15 am to 12:30 pm. See the detailed practice schedule on our website.

MEETS

This year the Waves’ competitive season opens with an Intrasquad Meet on April 26 at 5:00 pm. Our first league meet will be away against Lakepointe on Saturday, May 6 at 8:00am. See our complete meet and event schedule here.

TEAM SUIT AND EQUIPMENT

SwimFreak Swim Shop is our Team Dealer for suits & other equipment. You may visit the SwimFreak store in person at 4032 S. Lamar Blvd., Ste. 500.

Fins will be required at practice for all age groups. Each swimmer should have his own pair, marked on top of fin with swimmer name. “Tritan” (carried by SwimFreak) is the Coach’s preference. Equipment will be available for purchase during our on site suit fitting or are available on our SwimFreak team store.
