The Western Hills Athletic Club employs part time lifeguards twelve months of the year and gate guards for the months April – September. The number and frequency of hirings occur as needed and vary from year to year based on staff retention. We typically hire in early April, late August, and mid January. You are welcome to submit an application. If we don’t currently have an opening, we can hold your application in case one comes available.
Lifeguards:
Must be at least 16 years of age and currently certified in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training / First Aid and CPR / AED for the Professional Rescuer.
Gate Guards:
Must be 15 years of age.
